ACCOMMODATIONS:

 We offer guests 4 cute, comfy, clean, & affordable cabins in a serene forest setting!  Pricing goes by # of people & beds needed (just like a hotel asks “how many guests in your room?”). Call or text us for pricing: (606) 767-4569. Let us know how many people in your group & how many beds needed.

​​Riverside Blue Cabin is our largest cabin and can be booked for 1 to 6 guests:  Charming cabin with full kitchen & bath, hand-built rustic furniture, 3 new plush Queen beds, and a sofa with fold-out twin size bed.  2 of the 3 Queens + the Sofa fold-out twin bed are on the main floor with an open floor plan. The 3rd Queen bed is in the loft above.  **See photos below.** 

 

Ruby Ravine, Sapphire Springs & Tangerine Dreams cabins can each sleep 1 - 5 guests with 2 beds (Queen and/or Full XL size) plus a fold-out sofa bed (twin size).

• Full kitchen: 4-burner Stove/oven, retro style Fridge & Microwave, real Copper Sink, Toaster, Cooking Spices, Cooking Spray, Popcorn, Hand-Soap, Dish Soap, Dish Towels, Oven Mits, Cutting Boards.

• Kitchenware: Dishes, Utensil s, Pots, Pans, Drinking Cups, Copper & Ceramic Mugs, Can Opener, Bottle Opener, Pizza cutter, glass bowl with lid for popcorn or leftovers.

• Coffee Bar Cart: Drip Coffee Maker, Coffee Grounds, Flavor Syrups & Hot Cocoa (including Sugar Free), Cream options, Mugs, Mini Marshmallows, Hot Cider Packets, Tea, Cinnamon, honey, Raw Sugar packets.

• Private Bathroom with Shower Tub. A set of towels are provided for each guest, + hand-soap & TP.   Not provided: Shampoo & shower gel.

• AC/Heat & Ceiling fan light.

​​

• Furnishings:  Each have a hand built rustic Coffee Table, chairs & Sofa (with fold-out twin bed) seats 2-3 adults. Riverside Blue cabin also has a Dining Table & 4 Dining Chairs.  .

• Flat screen TV & DISH network.  No wi-fi at this time, however the Smart TV can be connected to an HDMI cable to some phone to mirror what you have on your phone to the TV. For our own internet on our laptops we use our Verizon hotspot and we're able to work from our hotspots and upload photos, etc. 

​

• Games:  Each cabin has a few of these games: Monopoly, Jenga, Uno, Apples-to-Apples, Puzzle(s), Card Deck.

• Fun Lighting & Ambiance:  String globe lights (white & multi-color) on loft banister with remote, Blue Star Lights over back wall & French doors; Laser light projector for displaying stars & cloud settings + option for relaxing forest sounds. Clock radio.  Connect your own music to the laser projector & clock radio.  Holiday décor is changed throughout the seasons 😊.  Rechargeable flashlight

• Outdoors:  Fire pit, campground-style BBQ Stand or moveable grill, Picnic Table. Riverside Blue cabin's front & back porch have a Bistro table & 2 chairs.  We usually have piles of fire pit logs and sometimes lighter fluid out back porch. BBQ utensils are kept in kitchen drawer near fridge or a plastic bin outdoors.

• Riverside Blue cabin Back Porch: Enjoy a serene view from your back porch, French doors and two large windows overlooking Rockcastle River & Daniel Boone National Forest just 40ft below.

​

• Ruby Ravine, Sapphire Springs & Tangerine Dreams cabins: Enjoy a front porch view of trees and grounds below, green grass field, and Daniel Boone Forest across the river. Since the river is down an embankment, you can see the river when you walk over.

• Front porch & kitchen window and/or Living Room Window overlook green lawn and trees. See photos

• Riverside Blue cabin has a ramp & hand rail located at back porch.

​​

• Parking:  Riverside Blue cabin - White gravel driveway on the left side of cabin and in front near large tree. Call to check availability for multiple vehicles & additional parking or large trailers (there’s plenty of room).

• Parking for Ruby Ravine, Sapphire Springs & Tangerine Dreams - Gravel drive in front of cabins between trees, and/or on adjacent grassy area.  Larger vehicles with trailers can park further down toward the river & Riveside Blue Cabin if preferred.  Guests can call with all questions. :

• Pet(s) are allowed with guest confirming our pet policy & $40 flat fee + tax.

• Not provided: Daily housekeeping & linen change. 

 

~  We don’t charge a cleaning fee! ~ We just ask that dishes are done, trash bagged up, wet towels placed in tub, and no littering on premises and surrounding roads.
